End of the year food for thought – most deductibles for individual and group run on calendar year basis so now would be a good time to visit your doctor and complete any testing or procedures.  Also, If you have not been for your yearly check up now would be the time, preventative services such as checkups are covered at 100% by your carrier due to health care reform at no cost to you.

• Alcohol Misuse screening and counseling
• Aspirin use for men and women of certain ages
• Blood Pressure screening for all adults
