Global Employee Health and Fitness Month
The focus this month is on employee health and fitness. As you may have heard on the news or other reports, obesity is on the rise in America. Many diseases stem from obesity such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and even mental issues. To better ourselves and future generations, we need to start making changes in our daily lives.

These changes do not have to be a complete 180 of our lifestyle but rather a slow progression of making better choices! Every month we will be providing a simple health tip that you can work on incorporating into your lifestyle. Check out the tip for May.
As an employer, you can take some steps to create a healthy and encouraging workplace for you and your employees.
